有源外骨骼机器人外观造型发展趋势

摘要:有源外骨骼机器人是一种为人的运动提供助力的可穿戴式动力机械装备,近几年在军用和民用领域的用户需求激增,技术水平发展迅猛;人们对其外观造型的提升有迫切需求。本文通过追溯有源外骨骼机器人外观造型的发展历程,概括了国内外已有和公开在研的有源外骨骼机器人外观造型现状。分析有源外骨骼机器人主要功能结构对造型的显著作用;对比不同使用领域的用户对外骨骼造型及审美的需求;例证影视娱乐中的外骨骼形象对真实外骨骼产品产生的影响。梳理近80年来有源外骨骼机器人外观造型的发展变化。分析有源外骨骼机器人外观造型的发展趋势,明显趋势是:材料的轻量化和柔性化、结构的仿生化与拟人化、设计风格的个性化及品牌化。

Appearance Design Trend of Dynamic Exoskeleton Robot

Abstract:Active exoskeleton robot is a wearable power mechanical equipment that provides assistance for human movement. The needs and technical level in the military and civilian fields are increasing rapidly, and the needs for the improvement of its appearance design is increasing correspondingly. In this paper, by tracing the development of the appearance of active exoskeleton robot, the present situation of the appearance of active exoskeleton robot at home and abroad is summarized; the significant influence of active exoskeleton robot's main functional structure on appearance is analyzed; the needs for exoskeleton appearance design and aesthetics of the users in different fields of are compared; the impact of the exoskeleton images in films or television programs on real active exoskeleton robots is exemplified; the development and changes of the appearance design of dynamic exoskeleton robots in the past 80 years are reviewed.  The obvious trends can be summarized as: lightweight and flexible materials, bionic and anthropomorphic structures, personalized and branded design styles.
