旋钮注塑模具设计与加工动态模拟

摘要:分析了旋钮工艺性能,确定其分型面;对注塑机进行合理选型;根据聚乙烯材料的注塑特性,确定了注塑工艺过程中的温度、压力和时间等参数;结合注塑模具设计基本理论,完成了注塑模具的结构设计;通过三维建模软件Pro/E完成了注塑模具的参数化建模;基于3ds Max对模具注塑过程进行三维加工动态模拟。通过理论设计与计算机辅助设计相结合的方法,提高了模具的设计制造效率及准确性。

Design and Dynamic Simulation of Manufacturing Process of Injection Mold for Knob

Abstract:Analyzed the technological properties of the knob, and determined its parting surface; Selectedthe modelof injection molding machineappropriately; The parameters of temperature, pressure and time in the process of injection molding are determined basied on the injection properties of polyethylene.Completed the structural design of the injection moldon the basis oftheory of injection mold design. The 3D model of injection mold is established through the 3D modeling software Pro/E;At last,dynamic simulation of mold injection process based on 3DS Max. In this paper, the method of combining theoretical design with computer aided design is adopted. Improved the efficiency and accuracy of the design and manufacture of injection molding.
