传统旋转娱乐设备改造设计及运动参数的安全性分析

摘要:针对传统旋转木马这种娱乐设备单调乏味的缺陷进行了改造设计,利用齿轮连杆机构实现了骑具复杂的运动轨迹和多变的速度与加速度,增加了娱乐设施的趣味性。该设计可以根据订单调节运动机构的各项参数。通过对运动机构的仿真分析,使位移速度以及加速度实现了可视化,并且根据数据曲线图对机构的安全性进行了分析。

Abstract:The article in view of the traditional merry-go-round that the defect of tedious entertainment equipment retrofit design, using the gear linkage mechanism to realize the motion trajectory of riding with complex and changeable, velocity and acceleration of increase fun of entertainment facilities. The design can adjust the parameters of the sports organization according to the order of order. Through the simulation analysis of the motion mechanism, the displacement velocity and acceleration are visualized, and the security of the mechanism is analyzed according to the data curve diagram.
