基于模糊概念理论的汽车驱动桥零件关联关系研究

摘要:汽车驱动桥模块化设计很大程度上由各个零件间的关联关系确定,但零件配合属性通常是模糊的。为方便汽车驱动桥产品的模块化设计,运用了模糊关联分析与求解的设计方法。根据模糊概念理论,运用模糊关联规则对数据进行了规整和优化,建立了产品设计的模糊关联系统,给出了属性模糊矩阵,从而有效地处理模糊信息,为后续的模块化设计奠定基础。

Research on the Correlation of Automobile Driving Bridge Parts Based on Fuzzy Concept Theory

Abstract:The modular design of the automobile axle is largely determined by the correlation between the various parts, but the component coordination attribute is usually fuzzy. In order to facilitate the modular design of the automobile driving axle product, the design method of fuzzy correlation analysis and solving is used. According to the fuzzy concept theory, the fuzzy association rules are used to adjust and optimize the data. The fuzzy relation system of product design is established, and the attribute fuzzy matrix is given to deal with the fuzzy information effectively, which lays the foundation for the subsequent modular design.
