一种新型深海网箱网衣清洗机器人设计

摘要：网衣是深海网箱养殖装备的重要组成部分，其上若存有附着物将严重影响水体交换且易使网箱结构受损。为解决前述问题笔者设计了一种新型深海网箱网衣清洗机器人，拟以歧管式喷盘配以高压旋转水射流作为清洗动力源，采用双浮筒调整水下潜浮姿态以及螺旋推进器实现机器人的直行、转弯等运动，并对射流喷嘴的关键技术参数进行了理论分析。

Abstract：Netting is an important part of deep-sea cage culture equipment, if there is attached material will seriously affect the water exchange and easy to damage the cage structure. In order to solve the above problems, the author designed a new type of deep-sea netting cleaning robot, which is intended to be equipped with high-pressure rotating water jet as a cleaning power source with a manifold spray plate, and a double buoy to adjust the underwater submersible attitude and a spiral propeller The straight and turning of the robot, and the theoretical analysis of the key technical parameters of the jet nozzle.
