基于固有应变法反应堆压力容器支座焊接变形预测

摘要:由于反应堆压力容器支座板厚大、焊缝多,焊接过程中不可避免的会产生焊接变形,如果可以提前对焊接过程中产生的焊接变形进行预测,就能够采取相应的方法在焊接过程中对焊接变形进行控制。基于固有应变法,采用有限元计算的方法对压力容器支座进行了仿真计算,对该结构在焊接过程中产生的焊接变形进行了预测,结果表明:在结构刚度较小的部位均出现较为明显的焊接变形,建议在实际施焊过程中增加适当的支撑来增加结构的刚度,减小焊接变形。对于结构整体焊接变形,可以通过改变焊接方向和焊接顺序来进行改善。

Weld Distortion Predication of Reactor Pressure Vessel Support Based on Inherent Strain Method

Abstract:As there distributed many types of weld and the thickness of the support that will affect the welding distortion of the reactor pressure. Predication of weld distortion can control the quality during materials processing. This paper is focused on the finite element simulation based on inherent strain method for multipass weld. The results showed that there occurred obvious distortion when the stiffness was in smaller so the welding direction and welding order should be acquired.
