附件机匣热平衡温度研究

摘要:根据附件机匣方案设计及多方案筛选过程中对热平衡温度的计算需求,提出工作状态下附件机匣生热及散热过程的热系统模型,及附件机匣热平衡温度的迭代计算方法,根据回油口润滑油温度的变化分析影响附件机匣热平衡温度的主要因素。分析结果表明,附件机匣的热平衡温度随滑油供油量的增加而降低,随滑油供油温度的升高而升高,随二股气流温度的升高而升高,随二股气流流速的升高而降低。从而,对附件机匣热平衡温度的工作机理、影响因素进行系统性的分析。该研究工作对提升附加机匣的设计水平、降低相关故障率具有重要的指导意义。

Study on Thermal Equilibrium Temperature of Accessory Gearbox

Abstract:In order to meet the calculation requirements of accessory box schematic design and many solutions screening, the thermal system model of accessory box thermal generation and dissipation in working condition is presented, and interation computational method of accessory box thermal balancing temperature is presented, according to return port lubrication temperature changing, analysis of main factors for accessory box thermal temperature. The results of analysis indicate that, the thermal balancing temperature decreased with increasing the amount of lubricating oil, and rised with rising lubricating oil temperature, and rised with rising two strands of airflow temperature, and decreased with rising two strands of airflow velocity. Then the working mechanism and  effecting factors of accessory box thermal balancing temperature are systemic analyzed. The study work have important guiding significance for enhance accessory box design level and reduce relevant failure rate.
