基于nCode Design-Life的重型起重设备疲劳寿命预测研究

摘要:为研究重型起重设备的疲劳损伤和寿命,以门式起重机为算例建立有限元模型,通过有限元静力学分析,最大等效应力位于跨中受拉区,得出门式起重机强度和刚度满足要求。采用nCode Design-Life疲劳仿真软件利用S-N疲劳设计方法对有限元静力学特性和疲劳损伤进行分析,得到门式起重机疲劳寿命分布云图和疲劳损伤云图,其最小寿命满足工程要求。为了研究载荷变化对起重机寿命的影响,通过改变载荷缩放因子来改变时间载荷序列的大小,对比分析载荷变化后的寿命情况,得出随机载荷减小门式起重机寿命大大增加,过载对门式起重机的疲劳寿命有显著的影响。

Research on Fatigue Life Prediction of Heavy Lifting Equipment Based on nCode Design-Life

Abstract:In order to study the fatigue damage and lifespan of heavy lifting equipment, a finite element model was established using gantry crane as an example. Through the finite element static analysis, the results shows maximum equivalent stress was located in the tension zone and the strength and rigidity of gantry cranes can be satisfied. The finite element static properties and fatigue damage were analyzed by the SN fatigue design method in nCode Design-Life fatigue simulation software. And the fatigue life distribution and fatigue damage cloud of the gantry crane were obtained, and it turned out the minimum life of the girder met the engineering requirements. In order to study the influence of load variation on the lifespan of gantry cranes, the load factor of the gantry crane was changed to get different sizes of the time load sequence. The comparison of the life of the gantry crane with various loads demonstrates the life of the gantry crane was greatly increased with the decrease of random load, and the overload has a significant effect on the fatigue life of gantry cranes.
