数控龙门平面磨床的动静态性能分析

摘要:数控磨床是实现精密加工的一种重要设备,其动静态特性对加工质量及加工精度有重要影响。针对某型双立柱龙门式数控平面磨床的结构特征,基于三维建模软件SolidWorks及有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench建立了数控龙门磨床的有限元模型,根据正交试验原则建立了磨床静力学分析的正交试验表,论述了具有代表性的工况下磨床的静力学性能。并对一般工况进行了模态分析,求出了磨床的前六阶固有频率及振型,找到了薄弱环节并提出了改进措施。

Dynamic and Static Performance Analysis of a CNC Gantry Surface Grinder

Abstract:CNC grinding machine is an important equipment to achieve precision machining, the dynamic and static characteristics have important influences on the machining quality and machining precision. According to the structural features of a certain type gantry CNC surface grinding machine, based on 3D Modeling Software SolidWorks and finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, I built the finite element model of this CNC grinder. And I established the orthogonal test table of grinder statics analysis according to the principle of orthogonal trial, and discussed the grinder’s performance under representative conditions and normal condition with modal analysis; furthermore, the first six order natural frequency and vibration mode were calculated, which showed the weak link and put forward some suggestions for the improvement.
