便携式高压气源模块化设计及现场管理

摘要：介绍了一种便携式高压气源站，采用模块化设计的思路将系统分成动力模块和储气调压模块两个部分，根据设备的使用条件和需求进行了简要的参数设计，其中储气调压模块将气体净化、储气、调压等功能设计集成到便携式推车上，利于外场试验使用。最后对模块化设计后的气源系统在外场条件下的安全管理进行简要介绍，为类似移动式高压气源站的设计方式和使用提供借鉴，并提供了实际应用实例。

Abstract：The article introduces a kind of portable high pressure gas station, and the air source adopts the modular design idea. The system is divided into two parts of power module and gas stockpile＆pressure regulate module. According to the using conditions and requirements, the device design parameters were briefly reviewed. The gas stockpile＆pressure regulate module including gas purification, gas storage, and pressure regulating is integrated into the portable cart, which is conducive to outdoor experiments using. Finally field management for the modular design of the pneumatic system was introduced briefly. High pressure air supply station designing for similar mobile provides reference and using, and a practical application example.
