基于ANSYS Workbench的轮毂过盈配合疲劳优化设计

摘要:以某款工矿内燃机车车轴齿轮箱中轮毂与车轴的过盈配合为研究对象,运用有限元以及优化设计思想,借助ANSYS Workbench对轮毂进行疲劳分析和优化。对轮毂与车轴的过盈量及轴向配合长度进行了研究,得到了在疲劳载荷作用下轮毂过盈量、轴向配合长度与轮毂寿命、安全系数的关系。

Optimization Design of Fatigue for Interference Fit between Axis and Hub Based on ANSYS Workbench

Abstract:The interference fit between axis and hub of a diesel locomotive’s gearbox has been analyzed used the idea and method of finite element and optimization design. The fatigue analysis and optimization for the hub has been made based on ANSYS Workbench. Moreover, the interference statistics and axial length has been researched. The result indicates that the relationship between life, safety factor and interference fit, axial length during the fatigue loading.
