某雷达模块的振动试验夹具设计

摘要:某雷达模块在雷达的运输、安装及使用过程中,需承受各种环境带来的振动。模块承受振动的性能需通过实际的振动试验来测试,振动试验夹具起到将试件固定到振动试验台上和传递振动能量的作用。振动夹具设计的优劣影响到振动试验的正确进行,雷达模块需要设计专用的满足要求的振动试验夹具。根据模块的尺寸和实际振动试验对夹具的要求,设计出夹具的三维模型,通过有限元软件对夹具进行仿真分析,找出夹具的薄弱点进行优化,得到了满足要求的夹具。

Design of a Fixture Used in Vibration Test for a Module in Radar

Abstract:A module in radar suffers from various vibrations caused by the environment during the transportation, installation and using. The performance bearing vibration of the module should be checked by actual vibration test. A fixture used in vibration test is needed to fix the specimen on the test-bed and transmit the energy from the test-bed to the specimen. The design of the fixture is significant for the accuracy of the vibration test, and a dedicated fixture meeting the requirement should be designed for the module. This paper describes a design of a fixture according to the dimensions of the module and the requirement of the actual vibration test. The model of the fixture was built, and the simulation analysis of its mechanical performance was carried out by FEA software. The weak spots given by the simulation analysis of the fixture was improved. Consequently, the fixture meets the requirement.
