复杂形状等静压陶瓷加工工艺研究

摘要:等静压瓷坯硬度高,加工时不能用冷却液,易造成切削刀具快速磨损,属于典型的难加工材料,在实际生产加工过程中,易出现尺寸超差、零件折断等现象。以实际加工的典型复杂形状等静压陶瓷为例,通过问题的定位分析,确定了合理的刀具参数、切削参数和工艺技术路线,结果表明,所述方法可以得到满足技术要求的等静压陶瓷,解决了端面小直径深孔环型槽的加工难点,有效提高了产品加工效率和合格率,为类似等静压陶瓷的加工提供了借鉴。

Study on Processing for Complex Shape of Ceramics formed by Isostatic Pressing

Abstract:The isostatic pressing ceramics have the characteristic of high hardness. Coolant can not be used at the time of processing. It is easy to cause the cutting tool to wear quickly. This is a typical hard processing material. In the actual manufacture, the mismatch size and parts broken and so on are easy to appear. Taking isostatic pressing ceramics possessing complex shape as an example, the reasonable cutting parameters, cutting parameters and the technological route are determined. The results gained show that this method can ensure precision of complex shape of ceramics formed by isostatic pressing and effectively improve the qualified rate and utilization rate. Meanwhile, this method also solves the processing difficulty produced on ceramics with small diameter and deep hole and ring groove.
