一种基于VITA48.1的抗冲击插箱设计

摘要：VITA48标准作为一个近年推出的通用标准，专门针对军用需求加固了插箱结构并强化了冷却方式，非常符合VPX插箱的要求，其在雷达系统、军用嵌入式计算机等领域具有广泛的应用前景。基于VITA48.1标准的普通标准插箱的基础上，采用了抗强冲击结构优化设计以及新型插拔装置优化设计的方法，并通过力学仿真验证，对一种满足抗强冲击等舰载条件环境要求的插箱进行设计。该设计提高了VITA48.1标准插箱的平台适装性，为后续类似平台设备提供了产品化设计的经验。

The Design of an Anti-Impact Plug-Box Based on VITA48.1 Standard

Abstract：VITA48 standard is a general standard which launched in recent years. According to the military needs, the plug-box structure and cooling method were reinforced, which make the VITA48 standard meets the requirements of VPX plug-box very much. It has extensive application prospects in some fields such as radar system and military embedded computer. This paper base on an ordinary standard plug-box which meets the VITA48.1 standard. The plug-box which meets the requirements of the shipboard environmental conditions like strong shock was designed, with the optimal design method of strong shock resistance and a new type plugging device, and through simulation and verification. The research improved the VITA48.1 standard plug-box platform fitness, equipment production design has accumulated experience for subsequent similar platform.
