瓷砖墙壁攀爬机器人结构系统研究

摘要:针对日益突出的瓷砖脱落导致的安全问题,设计了一种瓷砖墙壁攀爬机器人,机器人具有检测即将脱落的瓷砖并自动做标记的功能和跨越各种墙角的能力。采用STM32F103RC为核心的控制系统控制机器人的运动,利用红外通信来实现人机交互,利用三维软件SolidWorks进行有限元实体建模,利用SolidWorks Simulation对机器人进行应力分析,得到应力分析图,为机器人的优化设计提供参考依据。

The Structural System Research of the Ceramic Climbing Robot

Abstract:Aiming at the secure problem of the ceramic, designed a kind of robot, which could check up the ceramic and mark it. Besides, it could throw over all kinds of corners. The robot was adopted STM32F103RC as the MCU to control the motion. To achieve the man-machine interaction by infrared communication. The SoildWorks software was used to establish the model of the robot and through SoildWorks simulation to make stress analysis of the robot to get the chart. Providing the foundation in theory to improve design of the robot.
