PTA氧化反应器搅拌器机械密封失效分析

摘要：通过对PTA氧化反应器搅拌器机械密封频繁失效的现象入手，查找导致机封频繁失效的原因。首先利用有限元从设计角度验证排查、弹簧材质分析、工艺操作条件的满足、到最后机封部件尺寸的复核，排查出机封失效的原因是动环端面传动销与销孔间隙不符合要求引起。后经过改进，故障排除。从这个过程来看，要求机封厂家不但要重视密封副主结构，还要关注小部件对机封的影响，严把质量关。

Abstract：Based on the failure analysis of mechanical seal of PTA oxidation reactor agitator, the causes of frequent failure of the machine seal are searched. Firstly, the finite element from the point of view of design verification investigation, spring material analysis, process operating conditions to meet, to check final machine sealing parts size, the investigation of the mechanical seal failure reason is moving ring end face drive pin and the pin hole clearance does not meet the requirements of the cause. After improvement, troubleshooting. From the point of view of this process, the requirements of the machine manufacturers should not only pay attention to the main structure of the seal, but also concerned about the impact of small parts on the machine, and strict quality control.
