过盈配合时压装力的计算

摘要：在机械加工中，过盈配合常常涉及到压装力大小的计算。本文主要通过汽车发动机凸轮轴的过盈装配销钉的工艺过程，对所需压装力大小进行理论推导并实践验证，总结了其计算方法并分析了其估算方法的实用性。

Abstract：In the process of machining, the Interference Fit often involves the calculation of the pressure loading capacity. This paper mainly by the Automobile Engine Camshaft assembly interference pin process, the pressing force is derived theoretically and verified in practice, summed up the the methods of calculation and analysis of the estimation method is practical.
