铝合金7075车削温度的有限元研究

摘要:切削温度对切削加工有很大的影响。在Deform-3D中建立了铝合金7075的车削有限元模型,以切削用量为因素设计了正交试验方案,对车削加工进行仿真研究。通过数据处理,得到了切削用量对切削温度的影响程度、最优水平组合及影响的显著性。依据正交试验结果,建立了车削温度预测模型并进行了拟合优度和回归显著性检验,结果表明:车削温度预测模型和实验数据的拟合优度非常好,回归方程效果显著。

Finite element analysis on cutting temperature of aluminum alloy 7075

Abstract:Cutting temperature has a great influence on cutting process. The finite element model of the cutting process is established based on Deform-3D and the orthogonal experiment is designed with factors selected based on cutting parameters for the simulation study of turning. With the analysis of the date, the influences of cutting parameters impact on the cutting temperature are obtained, the optimal level combination and the significant effect are also obtained. The cutting temperature prediction model is established according to orthogonal experiment results. Moreover the fitting degree test and significance test are conducted on the prediction model. The results show that the fitting degree between the cutting temperature prediction model and the experimental data is better, the effect of regression equation is remarkable.
