基于整车声传函的声学包评价及应用

摘要:利用整车状态下噪声传递的线性和互异性原理建立整车声传函的测试方法,通过该方法判定某试验样车前围隔声性能不达标。按照泄漏排查-薄弱位置优先改善-整体优化的改善顺序,首先通过气密性试验排查泄漏,然后利用声强扫描法找出隔声薄弱位置进行改善,优化后的整车隔声性能和车内噪声均改善明显,此方法可以为整车声学包调校和评价提供思路和参考。

The sound package evaluation method and application base on noise reduction in vehicle

Abstract:According to the linear and mutual principle of noise transmission in the whole vehicle, the test method of the sound transmission function of the whole vehicle is established. According to improve sequence of the leak investigation-weak position priority improvement-total optimization, first through the air tightness test invest leakage, and then using sound intensity scanning method find out the weak position and improve it,the sound insulation performance and noise are improved obviously after optimization. This method can conveniently judge if the acoustic performance of sound package is up to grade or not.
