一种高端重卡侧遮阳帘的设计研究

摘要：重卡的舒适性越来越被人们所重视，目前多数重卡注重设计前端遮阳板装置。主要介绍了定位于高端重卡侧遮阳帘的材料和分类，对遮阳帘的布置校核、人机工程做基本描述，重点对一款新型的侧遮阳帘结构设计及功能实现进行详细阐述，针对此款遮阳帘结构进行检具设计详述，结合结构设计分析其功能失效模式及可靠性。

The design of a luxury heavy truck side sunshade

Abstract：Comfort more and more attention has been paid to the heavy truck，most of heavy truck focus on the design of front sun visor devise currently. This paper mainly introduces the material classification and positioning in the luxury heavy truck side sunshade, check the layout of sunshade, do basic description for man-machine engineering, a new type of luxury heavy truck side sunshade structure design and function are described in this paper, aimed at to carry out detailed the design of checking-tools, analysis of its functional failure mode and reliability combine with structural design.
