竹材整形机的设计

摘要:由于竹材非圆直的构造特点,现有的竹材旋切薄片生产技术并不能达到理想的旋切效果。因此以研制竹材整形设备为目标,介绍了整形机的整形原理及其结构,并成功试制竹材整形机样机。通过采用两个做回转运动的固定辊和一个移动辊来施加辊压力,将经过蒸煮软化后的竹材在动态下施加载荷进行整形。提出以液压传动作为整形机的进给控制方式,解决了不同径级、形状的竹材对进给力和进给速度的需求。该整形机可以适用于旋切薄竹预处理及在此基础上的竹材生产领域。

Design of bamboo plastic machine

Abstract:Due to the non circular structure of bamboo, the existing technology of bamboo veneer production is not perfect. To determine the purpose of developing bamboo plastic equipment, this paper introduces the shaping principle and structure of the plastic machine, and successfully develops the prototype of bamboo plastic machine. By using two fixed rollers and a movable roll to roll the pressure, the bamboo can be used to carry out the plastic under dynamic loading. The feed control method of hydraulic transmission is proposed as the plastic machine, which is used to solve the demand of the feed force and feed rate of the bamboo. The plastic machine can be applied to the rotary cutting bamboo processing and bamboo production areas.
