一种基于Matlab的生产系统瓶颈单元智能发掘方法

摘要:瓶颈单元生产能力决定了整个生产系统的最大产能输出,为了不断优化系统生产效率,结合TOC理论、智能制造和Matlab工具,提出了一种生产系统瓶颈智能发掘方法(BIDM),开发了瓶颈智能发掘逻辑流程,建立了生产单元产能函数模型,结合Matlab软件对各生产单元产能进行动态计算,智能识别产能最小单元,从而快速发掘生产系统的瓶颈,并通过资源优先配置及瓶颈单元的改善,以缩短生产周期、提升产能和增加综合效益。

A bottleneck intelligent detection method for production system based on Matlab

Abstract:The Bottleneck capacity determines the maximum output of production system. To continuously optimize the production system efficiency, a bottleneck intelligent detection method (BIDM) was proposed by combining the TOC theory, intelligent manufacturing ideas and Matlab tools. With the proposed method, the bottleneck intelligent detection process and production cell capacity function model were established. Then, the program codes were written to calculate each production cell capacity dynamically with Matlab software. After analyzing the modules’ capacities, the minimum cell which was defined the bottleneck was distinguished intelligently. Meanwhile, the resources were assigned prior for bottleneck, so as to shorten the production cycle time, improve capacity and increase the overall efficiency.
