离合器传扭性能研究及改进方向

摘要:针对江淮公司生产的重型卡车匹配Φ430干式膜片弹簧拉式离合器,为解决其在使用中出现的压盘变形、烧蚀和开裂等导致离合器传扭性能急剧降低的问题,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对离合器模拟起步过程试验、客观工况进行了热应力耦合仿真分析,并依据分析理论结果与模拟试验相对比提出了拉式离合器压盘改进方案。既满足了重型卡车消费者舒适性的要求,也能提高了压盘的工作性能,为商用车离合器压盘的设计、选择、使用提供借鉴。

Abstract:In Jianghuai company production of heavy trucks, Φ430 dry diaphragm spring clutch pressure plate pull type, in order to solve it in the use of deformation and cracking, ablation leads to sharply reduce torque transmission performance clutch problems, using the finite software ABAQUS and simulation test of clutch starting process, the objective condition of the thermal stress analysis of mechanical coupling simulation, and on the basis of theoretical analysis and simulation experiment results of relative ratio suggests pulling type clutch improvement scheme. Not only meet the heavy truck consumer comfort requirements, also can improve the working performance of the pressure plate, as the commercial vehicle clutch pressure plate design, selection, use for reference.
