链板机头尾链轮轴组件改造

摘要:武钢大冶铁矿球团厂原链板机头尾链轮为整体式结构,具有结构简单、制造方便、强度高优点,但头尾链轮磨损要更换时,需对头尾链轮轴组件进行整体拆卸,工作量大、工期长;在对链轮材料重新优化前提下、通过对链轮结构进行重新设计及加工,将头尾链轮结构由整体式改造成剖分式结构,修理中不再需要将轴组件整体拆卸,在现场只需解体剖分式链轮就可以直接更换链轮,经两年的生产实践,链板机头尾链轮轴组件的改造,极大地提高了检修效率,综合生产经济效益显著。

Abstract:The original the head and tail sprocket chain plate of Wuhan Iron and Steel Company and Daye Iron Ore pellet mill factory was monolithic structure. With the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacturing and high strength. But when the Head to tail sprocket need to be replaced, We should to overall demolition of the Head to tail sprocket shaft components which caused large workload and long hours, Under the premise of sprocket materials to optimize, according to the redesign and processing of chain wheel structure, Head tail sprocket structure by integral transform into separate structure, No longer need to overall demolition shaft components repair. At the scene only dissect fraction sprocket can directly replace the sprocket, according to two years practice, the transform of the head and tail sprocket chain plate shaft components greatly improve the efficiency of maintenance and comprehensive production economic efficiency improved significantly.
