发动机曲轴飞轮组动平衡测控系统的开发设计

摘要:针对发动机曲轴飞轮组的动平衡问题,开发设计了一种动平衡测控系统。在提出动平衡测控系统设计要求的基础上,构建出了硬件系统和软件系统;并基于LabVIEW软件平台,设计出了测控系统的操作界面;为满足动平衡测控系统的数据管理要求,对数据采集卡的控制、处理程序进行了开发;最终所设计出的动平衡测控系统能够用于曲轴飞轮组的测试。

Research and development on a test system of dynamic balance for crankshaft and flywheel group

Abstract:View of dynamic balance problem of crankshaft and fly wheel group, a dynamic balance testing system was designed. On the basis of putting forward the design requirements for dynamic balance system, hardware and software systems were established. Based on the LabVIEW software platform, operating interface for testing system was designed. In order to meet data management demands, developing controlling system of data acquiring and operating. Finally the system designed can be used to test dynamic balance of crankshaft and flywheel group.
