客车转向架构架裂纹研究

摘要:为研究转向架构架产生裂纹原因,建立转向架构架的有限元模型和客车动力学仿真模型,依据实际线路数据,对构架危险部位进行应力分析,对比不同惯性力下构架危险部位应力,讨论等效锥度和定位套间隙对车辆系统蛇行失稳的临界速度大小变化的影响,分析转向架出现裂纹的原因。

The research of passenger car bogie framecrack

Abstract:In order to studies the reason of bogie framer flawing. Finite element simulation is made on bogie frame and establish dynamics simulation model of passenger trains. Depending on the real track data, Stress analysis the dangerous parts of the frame. Compare stress in dangerous part under different inertia force, a discussion about the effect of equivalent taper and the gape of location bush on the critical speed of the frequency of haunting instability in the vehicle system.
