桌面数控车床的设计及构建

摘要:桌面数控车床因其高效、高精度、低成本等特点,不仅能满足微小零件加工制造的需求,也能应用于教育和科研等诸多领域,具有独特的研究意义和实用价值。针对微小零件的加工,设计和构建了桌面数控车床的机械部分,以个人计算机为平台构建了低成本的控制系统,从而开发了一套完整的桌面数控车床。同时,对桌面数控车床的电气部分进行了调试并形成电控箱。最后进行加工实验,通过实际的使用暴露出所存在的问题,为进一步桌面数控车床的优化指明了方向。

Design and construction of desktop CNC turning lathe

Abstract: As its high efficiency, high precision, low cost, desktop CNC lathe not only could meet the need of processing of small parts, but also could be applied to many fields such as education and scientific research, it has a strong realistic meaning. So, we develop a complete set of desktop CNC lathe, we design and construct mechanical parts of the desktop turning lathe targeted and build a low-cost CNC system based on PC. In the meanwhile, we test the electrical partial and form the electric cabinet. Then, through processing experiments, it exposes deficiency of the turning lathe, and indicates the direction of further improvement.
