承载式塑料蹬车踏步可靠性设计和验证研究

摘要:商用车承载式塑料蹬车踏步的承载性能和可靠性直接关系到驾乘人员上下车安全,是商用车产品设计开发中一重要的安全件。结合相关案例,借助于CAD和CAE辅助设计和实际试验设计,详细阐述承载式塑料蹬车踏步的可靠性设计和验证研究的方法和过程。

Research on reliability design and verification of engineering plastic safety components

Abstract:Commercial vehicle plastic bicycle pedal bearing performance and reliability is directly related to the occupants safety, is an important safety device for the commercial vehicle product design and development. In this paper, combined with the case, use CAD and CAE aided design and actual experiment design, detailed bearing type plastic pedal footfall of reliability design and verification of the method and the process.
