非光滑结构在轮胎降噪声抗滑水中的应用研究

摘要:运用ABAQUS对具有横向花纹沟的轮胎滚动进行仿真,提取轮胎沟槽表面在轮胎接地过程中随时间的变形曲线。建立单个在花纹沟表面带有非光滑结构的横向花纹沟及其周围的空气域模型,在沟槽表面加载从ABAQUS中提取的变形曲线,利用FSI方法分析了非光滑结构对泵吸噪声的影响,并利用CFD对带有非光滑结构的沟槽进行滑水分析。分析结果表明在花纹沟壁上适当添加非光滑结构,可以达到既降噪又提高滑水速度的目的。

The research of using non-smooth structure to reduce tire noise and resist tire hydroplaning

Abstract:To establish a tire model which has lateral pattern groove in ABAQUS, this parper simulated the tire rolling and extracted the deformation curve of one groove's surface. A single groove with non-smooth structure and its ambient air field were established, loading the deformation displacement on the groove's surface. By virtual of FSI method, pumping noise was simulated, and analyzed these models' hydroplaning by CFD. Analysis results showed that adding non-smooth structure to the groove wall can reduce tire noise and improve hydroplaning speed.
