带常开式湿式制动装置的轮边总成一体化设计

摘要:轮边总成由行星齿轮减速机构及多盘湿式制动装置两部分组成,采用一体化设计方案。起到减速增矩作用的行星齿轮减速机构选用NGW型。多盘湿式制动装置在车辆驻车及正常行驶时,制动机构中的摩擦片、活塞、推杆、复位弹簧等零部件是常开的,为非受力状态。行车制动时采用了半轴与轮毂联合制动,驻车制动改在变速箱内完成。本设计具有结构紧凑,制动力矩大,摩擦片寿命较长等特点,同时解决了常闭制动机构刹车急、缓冲差、装载的货物易飞出等问题。

Abstract:Wheel-side assembly consist of the planetary gear mechanism and multi-disk wet brake, using integrated design. Choose NGW modeled planetary gear retarding mechanism, it play a role Deceleration and increase torque. Multi-disk wet brake in the vehicle parking and normal driving, the brake mechanism of the Friction Disk, piston, push rod , reset spring and other components is normally open, (it) is not the forced state. When service brake , Semi-Axle and hub with a combined braking, parking brake completed within the gearbox change . This design with compact structure, greater braking moment, friction Disk longer life and other characteristics, at the same time solve the normally closed braking mechanism brake acute, cushioning Property is the difference, loading the goods is easy to fly out and other issues.
