撬装式液氮汽化装置设计

摘要：主要对撬装式液氮汽化装置进行了创新设计，提出工艺流程，液氮由槽车运输并加注进低温容器，由低温泵增压至45 MPa，经过汽化器将液氮汽化为高压氮气，后储存在高压气瓶中，用气时减压输出。主要工作过程由四部分组成，即液氮加注、高压汽化、供气输出、系统撤收。论述组成设备的技术要求及特点，主要包括：卧式真空绝热低温容器，设计压力0.88 MPa；卧式双列活塞低温液氮泵，进口压力0.02～0.06 MPa，最高输出压力45 MPa；空温式汽化器，为304内套管加铝合金材质换热翅片管结构；45 MPa S型无缝结构钢瓶等。该装置具有机动灵活、安全可靠、操作简单等优点，可满足未来各行业供气需求，应用前景广泛。

The design of liquid nitrogen vaporizing device prizing equipment

Abstract：Mainly do the innovative design for the Prizing liquid nitrogen vaporization device, propose process flow, liquid nitrogen was transported by the tanker and infused into cryogenic vessels, pump to 45MPa by the booster at low temperature, liquid nitrogen was vaporized into high pressure nitrogen through the carburetor and stored in high-pressure cylinders, reduced pressure output when used. Mainly contains four parts:liquid nitrogen filling, high-pressure vaporization, gas output, roll-up system. Dicusse the technical requirements and characteristics of the major equipment, mainly contains: horizontal vacuum insulated cryogenic vessel, design pressure 0.88MPa; horizontal double row piston cryogenic liquid nitrogen pump, inlet pressure 0.02～0.06MPa,, maximum output pressure 45MPa; carburetor air temperature, casing in 304 aluminum alloy material heat fin tube structure; 45MPa S seamless cylinder structure. The device has the advantages of flexible, safe and reliable and simple operation, can meet the demand of various industry supplies, widely application foreground.
