基于在线测试的工程装备电路统硬件设计

摘要：针对传统的工程装备电路板检测手段存在维修效率不高、维修资料不易获取、没有实现通用化、易造成资源浪费的问题，提出了设计一套通用、且能在线测试工程装备电路板的检测系统的必要性，并对系统硬件进行了设计，系统硬件主要包括以工控机为核心的上位机、单片机控制的下位机以及完成上下位机通讯的PCI通讯模块。实验表明，该系统具有良好的检测精度，避免了复杂的信号分析，具有较好的通用性。

Hardware design of general detection system for engineering equipment PCB based on in-circuit test

Abstract：Aim at the inefficient of traditional equipment for detection system, the difficulty of acquiring maintain information, and the wasting of resource, a system adopts in general detection for engineering equipment PCB based on in-circuit test was advanced, and accomplished the design of hardware. The hardware included upper machine with PC, lower machine controlled by MCU and the PCI module. The result shows that the system is well reliable and has better generalization, it can help the maintenance men find out the failure parts quickly without complicated signal analyses.
