基于CAE对某车型驾驶舱热害的整改设计研究

摘要:依托STAR-CCM+流体软件和Radtherm热分析软件等对发动机舱内空气流动情况及温度场进行了仿真分析,借助CAE仿真分析找出引起驾驶舱内温度过高热害的原因并制定具体的验证方案,根据理论分析结果,从隔绝热源及减小导热系数两方面出发,制作隔热罩手工样件进行实物验证,减小热量散发,同时优化隔热垫材料,将部分热量反射回去,最终将驾驶舱内的温度降低到与标杆车相当,相对于整改前的状态,乘坐舒适性有了明显的提升,最终达到了预期的整改效果。

Study on the rectification of CAE for a vehicle cockpit based on thermal damage

Abstract:Simulation analysis is carried out on the engine air flow and temperature field inside the cabin based on STAR-CCM+ and STAR-CCM+ software, with the aid of the CAE simulation analysis to find out the cause of driving the indoor temperature is too high and to develop specific certification programme, according to the results of theoretical analysis production of heat shied to reduce heat ,optimization of heat insulation pad material to reflected back part of the hear at the same time, the temperature decreased to the benchmark eventually. The ride comfort has been improved obviously compared with the state before the rectification to, finally achieve the desired effect of rectification.
