盘类零件定位的可调节垫块组件设计

摘要:在车床上车削盘类零件时,只能产生二个自由度的定位,不能保证盘类零件端面与轴线的垂直,因此常在装夹后还要进行校调后方能加工。为了解决该问题,设计了一种适合于盘类零件定位的可调节垫块组件,能够根据盘类零件的厚度调整,实现盘类零件在车床卡盘上更快更准确的定位。该可调节垫块组件主要由定位块、可调节垫块、螺纹轴组成,可根据需要进一步改进。

Abstract:Turning plate parts on a lathe, plate parts can only produce two degree of freedom positioning, and can not guarantee the plate parts and the end surface of the vertical axis. So often in the clamping after school and an adjustable rear can be processed. In order to solve the problem, this paper designs a suitable for plate parts localization of adjustable block component. It can according to adjust the thickness of disc parts, positioning plate parts in a lathe chuck faster and more accurate. The adjustable cushion block assembly mainly comprises a positioning block, adjusting cushion block, screw shafts. It can be based on the need for further improvement.
