轴套式隐芯双芯锁的三维参数化样机设计

摘要:根据轴套式隐芯双芯锁新产品的基本结构及工作原理,利用Pro/E完成了产品的三维建模与运动仿真动画。通过产品的三维参数化样机设计,对锁具的不同状态进行干涉检验,以保证锁具各零件形状与尺寸的精准,验证该锁运动的可实现性并进行动态演示了其工作原理与过程;同时通过改变解锁密码的尺寸参数,保证所制造锁具的独特性,做到一锁一匙。参数化样机验证了新产品方案设计的合理性,提高了设计效率,同时方便了产品的推广与应用。

3D parameterized prototype design of a lock with hidden double shaft sleeve cylinder

Abstract:Based on the basic structure and working principle of the new products of a lock with hidden double shaft sleeve cylinder. The product 3D modeling and it’s motion simulation animation were finished using Pro/E. Through the three-dimensional parameterized prototype design of the product, the different status of locks were interference inspected, ensuring the accuracy of the parts shape and size of the locks, and verify the realizability of the locking movement and dynamically demonstrate its working principle and process; At the same time by changing the parameters of the size of the unlock password, Ensure the uniqueness of locks manufacturing, i.e one key only for one lock. Parameterized prototype verified the rationality of the new products and improve the design efficiency, and also convenient popularization and application of the product.
