基于AMESim的顺序阀特性分析与故障仿真

摘要:分析了典型的直动式和先导式顺序阀的结构与工作原理,并利用AMESim软件建立了这两种顺序阀的仿真模型。在验证模型正确的前提下,通过修改关键的仿真参数来研究顺序阀的特性及注入故障信息。计算出系统响应,分析仿真的结果,得到引起系统异常响应的原因,实现了顺序阀基本故障的仿真。

Abstract:The structure and working principle of typical direct-acting and pilot sequence valve ware introduced and their models were built up by use of simulation software named AMESim. When the model was proved true, critical parameters were modified to study characteristic of sequence valve and inject fault information. System response was calculated, simulation results were analyzed and the reason of abnormality was acquired. Finally the basic fault simulation was achieved.
