基于非齐次泊松过程及模糊理论的整车耐久试验可靠性评价

摘要:通过整车耐久性试验,得到故障时刻对应的里程数据,基于随机过程理论,用非齐次泊松过程建立试验车故障过程的数学模型,包括模型的统计检验、故障模型的参数估计,得到试验车故障间隔里程的估计值。运用模糊评价方法,对试验工程车辆的若干指标进行综合评分。评分值客观反映开发过程中车辆的可靠性水平,为整车开发提供参考依据。

Evaluation of vehicle durability test reliability based on non-homogeneous poisson process and fuzzy theory

Abstract:The vehicle durability test is held, and the failure mileage is acquired. Then vehicle failure process model is set up by non-homogeneous poisson process(NHPP), including hypothesis testing and parameter estimation, and the mean mileage between failure is estimated. The performance of vehicle which ends test is marked using fuzzy evaluation method. The score shows the developed vehicle reliability objectively, which offers reference to vehicle development process.
