一种多工位定位限力抓取装置设计

摘要:针对某精密产品的安全高效装配需要,设计了一种摇臂升降机构,在摇臂上采用限位盘实现了多工位机械式高精度定位,采用蜗轮蜗杆和齿轮齿条实现了立柱的慢速精确升降,采用摇柄和齿轮齿条实现了工件的快速升降,并使用带单向(下滑)自锁功能的超越离合器实现了过载保护。该装置的设计保证了较好的使用性能和安全性。

Abstract:Based on the need of safe and efficient for assembling  of a precision product, a rocker arm lifting mechanism is designed. The limit plate realizes the multi station mechanical high precision positioning , the worm gear and rack realize the accurate lifting of the upright column slowly, the gear and gear rack realize the fasting lifting of the work piece, using one-way self-locking function of the overrunning clutch to achieve overload protection. The device is designed to ensure the use of performance and better security.
