导向轴支座自动编程与加工

摘要:通过导向轴支座的铣削加工,阐述了利用UG8.5软件进行数削编程与加工的具体方法与步骤:设置加工坐标系与加工几何体,指定安全平面,分析并选择了合理的加工方法和切削参数,生成刀轨,进行仿真加工验证,执行后处理即可得到可用于实际的程序清单,证实了程序与仿真的可靠性,为复杂支座类零件的加工提供了一种高效可行的方法。

The automatic programming and machining of guide shaft bearing

Abstract:This paper Expounds the use of UG8.5 software for numerical control turning general method and process of programming through machining of shaft bearing. First, machining coordinates system and the machining geometry were set, then safety plane was designated. Reasonable mill method and cutting parameters were selected. Through tool path generation and simulation, actual program list could be gained. It’s an efficient and feasible way for complex bearing parts. The automatic programming based on UG can improve the correctness of NC program and security.
