某柴油机进气歧管废气均匀性分析

摘要:利用三维CFD软件模拟某柴油机进气歧管废气均匀性。利用一维性能软件计算发动机一个工作循环的边界条件,提供给三维分析作为输入。在三维软件中计算得到各个气缸的EGR率和EGR率差异性。由于初始方案进气歧管不满足评价标准,对其结构进行优化,再次对其进行CFD分析。结果表明:初始方案进气歧管废气均匀性差,优化方案进气歧管废气均匀性好;在柴油机进气歧管开发过程中,运用模拟分析可以评价其结构的好坏,选择合适的结构,减少了开发周期、降低开发成本。

The analysis of uniformity for the intake manifold of diesel

Abstract:The exhaust gas uniformity for the intake manifold were simulated using 3D CFD soft in this paper. The boundary conditions of an engine working cycle were calculated using 1D performance soft, and were provided to 3d simulation for input. The rate of EGR and the deviation of it each cylinder were calculated using 3D soft. The initial intake manifold did not meet the standard, then it was optimized, finally it was made CFD analysis. The results show that: the exhaust uniformity of the initial intake manifold was bad, the exhaust uniformity of the optimized intake manifold was good; in the development process of the diesel intake manifold, we can evaluate the quality of the intake manifold using simulation, select the appropriate structure, it can reduce the cycle and the cost of developing.
