基于单片机的新型物料编码识别装置的设计

摘要:物料识别是物流仓储行业的重要环节,快速精确的识别方法能提高物流运输的效率、节约物流运输成本,对柔性制造系统来说,物料的自动识别、运输是相当重要的环节,物料识别也对企业的信息化管理有着重要作用。基于51单片机,设计了一种新型物料编码识别装置,采用接近开关传感器对编码挡块进行检测,编码装置的材料与传感器的选型,可根据不同工业环境进行选择,提高了通用性,可实现任意位数的二进制编码,编码简单,识别准确率高,可以重复编码,降低了制造成本,抗干扰能力强。

Abstract:Material identification is an important part of logistics and warehousing industries. Fast and accurate identification method that can improve the efficiency of logistics and transport, and saving costs. For flexible manufacturing systems, automatic identification of materials and transport links play a important role, it also important to enterprise information management. Based on MCU-51, designed a new materials coding identification device, its materials and sensors can be selected according to the environment. Application proximity switch sensor to detect coding stoppers, it can implement any number of bits of binary encoding, with high recognition accuracy, and low cost, strong anti-jamming capability.
