虚拟样机技术在刨床摇杆机构优化中的应用

摘要:针对由CAD软件导入ADAMS中的模型无法使用优化工具的问题,探讨了对某型牛头刨床摇杆机构进行优化的方法。利用虚拟样机技术,在Pro/E软件中按真实尺寸建立摇杆机构的模型,导入ADAMS环境对该机构进行运动仿真,绘制出机构中滑枕的加速度曲线并进行分析。以此建立了摇杆机构的等效简化模型,对滑枕的加速度进行了优化设计。根据最佳的优化参数在Pro/E中修改原模型的结构尺寸,并再次导入ADAMS中进行运动仿真,结果与简化模型的优化结果一致。

The application of virtual prototyping in the optimization of the planer’s rocker mechanism

Abstract:In connection with the problem that the model cannot use optimization tool in the ADAMS which imported by the CAD software, discussed the optimization method of a certain type of shaper rocker mechanism. Through the virtual prototype technology, established the virtual model according to the real size of rocker mechanism in the Pro/E software, and then conducted the motion simulation of the mechanism after imported into the ADAMS software, the acceleration curve of the mechanism of ram was drew out, and also carried on the analysis. Established the equivalent simplified model of the mechanism, the ram acceleration is optimized. According to the optimal parameters, structure dimensions of the original machine is modified in Pro/E, and then imported into the ADAMS environment to conduct the movement simulation again, the simulation results was consistent with results of the simplified model.
