商用车正面碰撞试验中货箱加速度与整车的匹配研究

摘要:安全气囊目前已普及于乘用车制造业,而在商用车领域内应用仍处于起步阶段。与乘用车不同,商用车配备安全气囊开发阶段的加速度信号采集试验通常需要考虑货箱对整车加速度曲线的影响。货箱约束系统的可靠性是影响货箱运动方式,使货箱加速度曲线与整车加速度曲线产生较大分歧的直接原因;而货箱约束系统的可靠性与安全系数可通过理论计算的方式进行校核,从而确定其设计合理性,以及降低对整车碰撞试验的影响

Study on acceleration of cargo box that match the vehicle in the crash gesamtfahrzeug of commercial vehicle

Abstract:The airbag was generally used in passenger car manufacturing, but in a initial stage of commercial vehicle. The impact from the cargo box on the acceleration curve of the vehicle might be thought in the signal collection, which was carried out in the stage of the vehicle equipped with air bags development. However, the restraint system can not only impact the way of cargo box, but also make the acceleration curve of cargo box be differ from vehicle directly. The reliability and its security coefficient which was proofread by theoretical calculation could be used to check the design rationality and reduce the impact to the crash gesamtfahrzeug.
