摘要:重卡车架是整车的安装基体和主要的承载部件,根据力学知识对车架进行简化计算,确定大概是结构参数,并结合CAE软件进行分析和优化设计,通过这种车架设计的方法,使车架能够达到整车的设计和使用要求;同时结合生产实际,利用切割、弯折、设置定位孔等工艺方法对纵梁的结构进行改进优化,使矩形截面变为楔形截面,以满足装配要求。

A heavy truck frame design and process improvement

Abstract:This paper discusses the heavy truck frame design method, according to the mechanical knowledge on to frame a simplified calculation, sure is probably structure parameters, and combining with CAE analysis software and step optimization design, the frame can achieve the vehicle design and use a requirement. And briefly introduces the design of heavy trucks to a more convenient to the realization of the products, combining with the production process, the use of technology to some parts of the method for the optimization of the structure was improved examples.
