AICD智能控水装置实验研究

摘要:介绍一种解决油井高含水问题的AICD智能控水装置。通过地面实验,以清水和不同粘度原油、不同含水率的油水混合液为样品模拟井下生产状况,对比研究了AICD智能控水装置对不同粘度流体的过流性能。实验结果表明AICD智能控水装置具有很好的控水、增油作用。

Abstract:The autonomous water control device AICD was introduced in this paper, which can be used to solve the high water cut problem in oil well. Moreover, a ground test was designed and carried on to simulate the down hole behavior of AICD. The water and oil-water mixture with different crude oil viscosity and water cut were chosen as test samples to comparatively study the inflow control performance of AICD according to different liquid viscosity. The ground test results show that AICD has good effect to water control and increase oil production.
