一种新型具有推广性的冶金炉窑卡具

摘要：本卡具属于机械配件制造技术领域成果，可以应用于一种矿用冶炼熔炼炉的熔液放出口，克服了原有生产中存在的问题，避免了原有放出口卡具易松动，引起熔液外泄、冷却水管烧损爆裂、炉体局部爆炸等恶性安全事故。具有三重压紧的特点，牢固不易失效，具有加工、拆卸、维护简单，互换性强等优点，具有很强的推广性。
关键词：冶炼炉窑；专用卡具；三重压紧

Abstract：The clamp which belongs to the mechanical parts manufacturing technology field, can be applied to a mine smelting furnace liquid discharge outlet, overcomes the problems in production. To avoid the original outlet fixture is easy to loose, cause the melt leakage, cooling water pipe burst, burning furnace explosion accident of local malignant. Possess characteristic of three direction compaction, firm and not easy to failure, with the processing, disassembly, maintenance is simple, strong interchangeability, has the very strong promotion.
