温控阀导致的压缩机联锁停车故障分析

摘要：某LLDPE装置的两台往复式氮气压缩机，在春季试车后运行一直正常，但是进入夏季后，频繁出现润滑油压力报警，导致压缩机联锁停车的事故。通过分析，得出了温控阀非正常动作是造成润滑油供油压力报警和联锁机组停车的原因，最终发现温控阀的冷热油管路误接，并解决了问题。

Failure analysis of interlock and shutdown of compressor caused by temperature control valve

Abstract：The two reciprocating nitrogen-gas compressors of LLDPE plant work normally after test run in the spring. But in the summer, the oil pressure alarm is activated frequently, which cause the compressor stop with interlock. Through the analysis, we find out the reason that the abnormal movements of temperature control valve causes the alarm of oil pressure and interlock the compressor stopping. Finally, we found the pipeline misconnection of hot oil and cold oil of temperature control valve, and solve the problem at last.
