驾驶员脚部舒适性改进方案

摘要:为保证驾驶舒适性,将驾驶员脚踝角度定义在87°~110°。某车型驾驶员脚踝角度设置为87°,而实车测试中该值降低,将增加驾驶疲劳,影响驾驶舒适性。通过研究脚踝角度降低的原因,并制定三种可行性整改方案,综合对比后,选择新增EPP垫块方案,此方案涉及的零部件最少、修改的代价也最小。实施新方案后,使脚踝角度实际值与设计值一致,将有助于降低驾驶疲劳、提高驾驶员与乘客的安全。

Rectification of driver’s foot comfort issue

Abstract:In order to ensure the comfort of driving, the driver’s ankle angle was defined as the range of 87° ~ 110°. The drive’s ankle angle measured value is less than the defined value (87°), which will increase driver fatigue, and impact driver driving comfort. By studying the reasons for the lower ankle angle, and formulated three feasibility rectification programs in accordance with the reasons, then selected the program of EPP pad with contrasting reform program. This program involves a minimum of parts, the cost of modification is also the smallest. After implementation of the new program, the actual ankle angle was made the same as design value, so that reducing driver fatigue and improving the safety of the driver and passengers.
