中国实验快堆(CEFR)试验组件用316Ti不锈钢工件渗铬处理

摘要:开展中国实验快堆(CEFR)试验组件用316Ti不锈钢工件的渗铬处理工艺研究。采用市售和自配的粉状渗铬混合物,与工件一起放入采用Cr25Ni20耐热钢板焊制的容器中密封,在1080 ℃温度下渗铬16 h,生成的渗铬层厚度0.074~0.110 mm,达到0.070~0.140 mm的技术条件要求,表面微观维氏硬度达1000 HV0.1以上。结果表明:在粉状渗铬剂中扩散渗铬,应采取有防止氧进入容器的密封措施,必须保证密封效果,保证渗铬气氛,防止工件表面的铬被氧化出现绿色或泛绿色外观;渗铬过程中铬既渗入工件表面,又在工件表面发生沉积,对工件的外形尺寸有明显的影响。

Chromium diffusion treatment of 316Ti stainless steel workpiece for China Experimental Fast Reactor (CEFR) experimental assembly

Abstract:Studies were carried out on the chromium diffusion treatment of 316Ti stainless steel workpiece for China Experimental Fast Reactor (CEFR). Commercially available chromium diffusion powder mixture and self-mixed chromium diffusion powder are used as the chromium source, together with the workpiece loaded into a diffusion container welded using Cr25Ni20 steel plates. After 16 hours of chromium diffusion under a temperature of 1080 ℃, chromium diffusion layers of 0.074~0.110 mm are obtained which meet the technical requirements of 0.070~0.140 mm. And the Victors micro hardness amounts to above 1000HV0.1. The results show that, measures must be taken to prevent entering of oxygen into the diffusion container and maintain the chromium diffusion atmosphere, which will prevent the workpiece surface from oxidation into a green or light green appearance. Chromium diffusion has obvious effect to the size of the workpiece, as during the chromium diffusion process chromium not only diffuse into but also deposit onto the workpiece surface.
