基于ANSYS的锚杆钻机钻架仿真分析

摘要:钻架作为锚杆钻机中重要的工作机构,承受着复杂的外力,而目前传统的弹性力学理论难以对钻架整体力学性能进行准确的计算。基于ANSYS软件对钻架进行了静力学仿真分析,得到了钻架的应力与变形云图,指出了其结构中薄弱环节,为下一步的优化设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The drilling frame as a working mechanism in an important anchor drilling machine, under the complicated force, and at present the theory of elastic mechanics, it is difficult for traditional drilling frame overall mechanical properties were calculated accurately. In this paper, based on the ANSYS software of the drill frame is analyzed, obtained the drill frame stress and deformation, points out the weak link of the structure, provides the reference for optimizing design of the next step.
